24 June 02 - Kate is blowing kisses Good-bye
2 June 02 - Kate stands up without "pulling up"
31 May 02 - Kate's three step program... Step, Step, Step, and falldown!
12 May 02 - Kate is now walking... with the help of a toy to lean on!
20 April 02 - Kate can now climb stairs.  Watch out!  More child gates coming.
8 April 02 - Kate can stand unsupported.  She still has no idea what to do with her feet.
1 April 02 - Kate crawls for the first time.
15 March 02 - Kate sits up for the first time by herself.
15 March 02 - Kate says Da-Da for the first time.

Vocabulary

Agoogala - OK, so it's not in the Scrabble Players' Dictionary.
Elephant - Really, Dawn heard her too.  She only said it twice but I swear that's what she said.
Da-Da - Nothing makes a father happier than to hear that.  I don't think it has the same affect on the cat or the pacifier or whatever else she is calling Da-Da.
Kitty Cat - If fathers like to hear "Da-Da", "Kitty Cat" strikes fear into the hearts of Gabby and Ickie.  "Kitty Cat" indicates a slow moving, guided, tail puller is on its way.
Baby - All little people are now called "Baby".
Ma-Ma - The magical words so long in coming are finally here!
Bye-Bye - Too bad we have to hear it too often.
Clicker - The battle for the TV remote has already started.
All Gone - This phrase is always accompanied with open hands (because she ate it!).

- This greeting works for people, cats, and trees.
Thank You - or more accurately 'Hank Que
Quack - Rubber Ducky in the tub... Quack Quack
Ba-Ba - "What does a Lamb say?" and then she does the Lamb-ba-ba. (from Sesame Street).
Roar - "What does a Lion say?" This is more like a baby Lion.
Blue - One color down, 63 to go!
Drink - This has turned out to be the handiest word so far
Cup - Her cup runneth over, or maybe it was just poured out?
Shoe - Now we just have to work on Left and Right
Gobble - Just in time for Thanksgiving
Hot - Breakfast eggs are always "Hot", even at room temperature
Cold - Breakfast Yogurt is always "Cold", even at room temperature
Uh-oh - We find the need to use this often
